The Jessie May Jervey Graduation Scrapbook, 1926, consists of a collection of photographs, handwritten notes and letters, invitations, newspaper clippings, a matriculation card, and an autograph section, all from the period of time she was a new graduate of the Roper Hospital School of Nursing. The collection details graduation and the time period immediately after. The photographs show the class of nurses together, and there are photos of nurses in the hospital and during leisure time. Handwritten sections of the scrapbook document characteristics of the graduating class, including its flower, color, motto, and song. Class officers are listed, and there is a section detailing the class prophecy. Ida Thee, class historian, is identified by name in several of the photographs. One page includes photographs of the faculty of the School of Nursing. Other notes are from family and friends giving congratulations on the graduation. Newspaper clippings are of public announcements of the graduation, and included is an invitation to Commencement Exercises. There is an autograph section in which friends and family members left personal notes.
